Traditional Indian Clothing for women in the north and east are sareesworn with choli tops , a long skirts called lehenga or pavada worn with choli and dupatta scarf to create an ensemble called a gagra choli or salwar kameez suits, while many south indian women traditionally wear saree and children wear pattu lehenga. Saree made out of silk are considered the most elegant. Mumbai is one of the India's fashion capitals. In many rural parts of India, traditional clothing is worn.Women wear a saree, a long sheet of colourful cloth,drapped over a simple or fancy blouse. Sarees:

Saree is one of the most preferred Indian traditional dress. It is one long piece which is almost five to nine-yard long. It wraps around the body and looks amazing at any occasion.
